The large bore high field magnet that was in Prof. Barrett’s lab has been relocated to its new location in the Wright Laboratory. It will be used with the new ALPHA project that seeks axion dark matter at higer masses. The magnet was brought out through a window opening (window was removed) and lifted over the Sloane Physics Laboratory building with a crane (the crane in the figure is with a different project).
